On December 21, 2020, the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives approved the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 which was then signed into law by President Trump on December 27, 2020. This act includes another round of PPP loans. As before, the Small Business Administration (SBA) will manage these loans.
